I really do love this software, it is so easy to use, but I have a problem, I have had to reset my computer and now can't download the software please can you help with what I am do wrong.

I love Easy Bead Patterns software so much. A long time ago, I download Easy Bead Patterns with no problem. Recently, I reset the computer and I tried to download again, I noticed that it doesn't work right. Question, why it won't work or am I missing something. Let me know.
